Step into a high impact role where your commercial thinking directly drives revenue and market share Own national account strategy for one of Australia's most recognised appliance brands Competitive salary package with fully maintained company vehicle (or car allowance) Generous staff discounts A supportive, collaborative and high performing culture with real career development pathways What you will do Develop and execute national account strategies, giving you full commercial ownership across key categories Own senior relationships with Buyers, Heads of Category and buying committees at head office and regional level, positioning you as a trusted strategic partner Lead product ranging and drive national pricing frameworks, trading terms and promotional activity to maximise sales and profitability Collaborate with Marketing, Product and State Sales teams to ensure effective strategy and execution are aligned in market Analyse market trends, competitor activity and account performance, allowing you to make sharp, informed commercial decisions What you'll need Proven experience managing major national or key accounts within a retail or wholesale environment is essential Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience in pricing, range management and promotional strategy A track record of building and influencing relationships at senior stakeholder level in large retailers across the country A data driven mindset with the ability to translate insight into action Experience in consumer durables, major or small appliances, electrical or a related industries will be highly regarded Saunders Lynn and Company is dedicated to servicing the needs of the interiors, architectural and construction product industry.
