Omnidesk is Australia's #1 Standing Desk business and is looking for a customer service and logistics star to join our young and energetic team in West Melbourne where we have just moved into an awesome new office!
We are a small self-contained team of young folks so if you are competent, have excellent customer service, ideally some logistics experience and like to chat (especially about desks), then this might be for you! We will provide the training/support and you will assist with maintaining our world class level of customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the logistics team, planning drivers routes and working with the team to organise deliveries, re-deliveries & assemblies
- Liaising & problem solving with our warehouse and drivers daily
- Manning our slick new showroom of Omnidesk workspaces (complete with flight simulators and VR sets) to greet customers and give them the easy tips they need to create and customise their ideal work space.
**Requirements**:
- Positive & proactive attitude
- Experience with Shopify and Inventory systems
- Strong problem solving skills
- Willingness to get involved in all facets of the business and take on extra responsibility based on interest levels and skill
- See opportunity for improvements and actively take the initiative to make positive changes in process, customer experience or product
We offer a flexible working environment and work from home will be possible. However, we DO have a showroom that is open 6 days a week and will therefore require some Saturday work (between 12-5)

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
