Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement internal and external communications strategies to promote, enhance, and protect our reputation with relevant audiences.
* Drive comprehensive 360-degree communications strategies, activations, and projects that position us as industry leaders in healthcare technology, trusted local partners, and employers of choice.
* Create internal communication strategies to boost employee engagement and brand ambassadorship among employees.
* Organize major internal events such as kick-off meetings, holiday programs, and patient story sessions.
Requirements:
* A degree is essential with at least eight years of relevant experience.
* Excellent written, verbal, copy editing, and presentation skills in English.
* Public relations and media management expertise.
* Strong business acumen and a general understanding of the healthcare marketplace.
