Lead Climate Researcher
We are seeking a skilled and experienced researcher to lead efforts in developing innovative engineering solutions that help communities adapt to climate change.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering and be able to demonstrate their technical expertise through high-quality research and teaching. They will also have excellent leadership skills and be able to guide the school's future direction.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement innovative research and teaching programs focused on climate change mitigation and adaptation.
* Lead a team of researchers and academics to achieve strategic objectives and deliver successful outcomes.
* Establish and maintain effective relationships with industry partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders to advance the school's goals.
* Contribute to the development of the school's strategic plan and ensure alignment with university-wide initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A PhD in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
* A strong track record of high-quality research and teaching, including publications, presentations, and awards.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
* A deep understanding of climate change mitigation and adaptation strategies, including sustainable infrastructure, renewable energy, and green technologies.
