Consultation Manager is looking for a true Admin all-rounder to join our global SaaS. This his role would be suited to someone hands-on and assist in the administration of our HR function in addition to more general administrative duties.
**About the role**
As a Admin/HR Assistant, you will be involved in a multitude of tasks, across different projects and business areas. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Admin/HR Assistant to join a leading software company to obtain excellent industry exposure and specialist experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Office Administration: _
- Assist with the preparation of meeting agendas/minutes
- Management of company travel arrangements including booking and itinerary preparation
- Assist in the creation of a variety of Word and Excel spreadsheet documents, inputting and processing data as required (including internal and external reports)
- Assist with the development of local policies and procedures, as well as internal guidelines, manuals, workflows and other admin projects
- Assist the Leadership Team with other ad hoc Business Administration tasks (as required).
- Human Resources: _
- Help with the draft of employment contracts, position descriptions and other HR documentation
- Help to conduct periodical market salary research to accurately determine industry benchmarks; and

- Prior experience in a comparable role or relevant tertiary qualifications in Business or Administration
- Able to develop highly effective working relationships by building credibility, respect, and rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organisation skills, problem-solving and attention to detail
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management skills

- Prior HR experience in a start-up or tech company
- Experience in supporting senior leaders

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
