The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions enhancing their construction processes, contributing to their success.
* Identify potential clients in the construction sector within Victoria.
* BUILD strong, lasting relationships with prospects and clients.
* Conduct sales presentations and product demos effectively communicating Timescapes' value.
* Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
* Track sales activities and results in the CRM system, providing regular reports to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess:
* At least 3 years of experience in new business sales, preferably in technology or SaaS sectors.
* Demonstrated success in managing sales cycles, meeting and surpassing revenue and KPI objectives.
* Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and qualification frameworks, including BANT.
* Proficient in utilizing CRM systems and a comprehensive sales technology stack.
