* Building Consultant - Defects
* Senior Consultant - Defects
* Associate Director - Remedial - Strata
* Senior Façade Engineer
* Team Head / Associate - Remedial
Typical day-to-day activities:
* Inspections / site visits
* Provide advisory consulting services to strata, building managers, homeowners, and commercial and industrial enterprises.
* Technical due diligence reporting
* Condition and building defects audits
* Dilapidation surveys and make-good assessments
* Maintenance forecasts
* Project management
* Work autonomously
* Ability to travel in the local Sydney LGAs
Must have:
* Friendly and personable
* Exceptional written and verbal communication
* Able to travel locally
* Experience in either building defects, Building Surveying, remedial, façade, forensic or Structural Engineering.
