The Package: $87,820.20 - $97,041.36 gross per annum + 11.5% super. (Evaluated as Grade 13 of the QPRC Salary System 2024) and a guaranteed increase of 3% in 2025-26, plus potential performance-based progression.
Full time – 35 hours per week. Flexible work arrangements may apply.

In This Role You Will
* Lead an amazing team to provide excellent customer experience across all of our branches, online, and via outreach.
* Provide strategic direction for our branches library collections, technology, and digital resources.
* Enhance library systems to best meet the needs of our community
We Are Looking For Someone Who
* Demonstrates professional knowledge and experience in library services, including collection management, emerging technologies, and current library practices, supported by relevant tertiary qualifications.
* Leads and supports a team effectively, with the ability to plan, prioritise, and manage resources to deliver strategic objectives and high-quality services.
* Communicates clearly and provides excellent customer service, engaging confidently with a range of stakeholders and offering informed advice on collections and technology.
