About You We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager. To thrive in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills: Registered Nurse with at least 3 years’ post-registration experience or currently classified as a Clinical Nurse/Midwife. Proven leadership abilities with experience in supervising nursing staff and fostering a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work under minimal supervision. In-depth knowledge of healthcare standards, legislative responsibilities, and quality improvement systems in the nursing context.
