Store Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to assist with the day-to-day operations of our store.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service, respond promptly to customer queries, and resolve any issues efficiently.
2. Team Training and Development: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance team member skills and knowledge.
3. Rostering: Assist in creating and managing store rosters to ensure adequate staffing levels and optimal workflow.
4. Stock Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and excess stock, ensuring maximum efficiency and profitability.
5. Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
6. Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
