Responsibilities
* Respond to customer queries related to Zendesk's multi-product platform, supporting our Greater China region in Mandarin.
* Own the customer experience, guiding them toward resolution efficiently.
* Collaborate across teams to find solutions; experience with swarming is a plus.
* Educate and empower customers to use Zendesk effectively.
* Represent Zendesk internally to ensure success in various departments.
* Contribute feedback and participate in projects to improve Zendesk's support platform.

Technical Skills & Experience
* At least 2 years in phone, email, or chat support roles.
* Recent graduates in Computer Science or related fields are encouraged to apply.
* Native Mandarin speaker or HSK 6+ proficiency, with business or technical context experience.
