The role
How you'll make a difference
- Utilise your dams expertise, leadership, coordination and communication skills to successfully engage and guide project delivery teams, whilst working closely with end clients and contractors
- You will be responsible for overall design delivery, including having ultimate carriage on any design project decisions
- Ensure dams projects are delivered within the constraints of quality, time and budget
- Work collaboratively with leaders across our ANZ team for delivery of the projects, as well as assisting with project resourcing and business initiatives
Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and consulting experience
- Experience in dams engineering and design, desirable 8 years+
- Proven track record in the successful delivery of large projects on time, within budget and outstanding quality
- Excellent communication skills and high quality technical and non‐technical report writing
- Client relationship/management skills and experience
