In this critical role, you will play a key part in supporting the growth of our partner through technological enhancements. Accountabilities Support and guide other software developers with the design and implementation of applications. Support the testing and validation of applications. Provide consultation to internal and external users regarding operational issues. Ensure comprehensive documentation of system designs and configurations. Work with third-party vendors/customers to integrate with applications. Follow relevant procedures and comply with policies including approved software development processes. Identify and address security, compliance, and usability risks. Ensure scaling and growth requirements are met by the applications. Participate in process standardization and improvement activities. Travel at least 4 times a year, including potential international travel. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience. 5 years of professional experience as a full-stack lead developer with proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript. Knowledge of contemporary technology stacks and cloud architecture. Experience in designing and developing API frameworks. Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (EC2, S3, IAM, RDS). Proficiency with RDBMS - Postgres, MySQL, or Oracle. Understanding of authentication and authorization frameworks like OAuth2 and SAML. Experience with search engines like Elastic Search.
