Job Description
Rabble Group is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to work closely with the Head Chef in leading kitchen operations. You will play a key role in maintaining consistency, managing service, and fostering a positive and professional team culture.

Rabble Group's Canberra venues consist of Assembly, Al's Deli, Corella, Fun Time Pony and Burgermaker.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
* Lead service and ensure food is delivered to a high standard
* Supervise, train and mentor junior kitchen staff
* Assist with rostering, ordering and stock control
* Maintain food safety, hygiene and compliance standards
* Contribute to menu development and seasonal updates
* Ensure efficient prep, portion control and waste management
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef ready to step up
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage high-volume service
* Solid understanding of food safety and kitchen systems
* A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
