About The Role
Step into a specialised and rewarding role as a Respiratory Liaison Nurse – Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2, where you will deliver expert, individualised, and case-managed care to patients with complex respiratory conditions across both inpatient and outpatient settings.
In this dynamic position, your day-to-day will involve inpatient reviews, coordination and delivery of outpatient clinics, and active contribution to administrative and clinical planning for complex respiratory care pathways. You will be based within our Respiratory and Sleep Outpatients Department - a hub of excellence dedicated to improving patient outcomes and experience through compassionate care and clinical innovation.
As a valued Respiratory Liaison Nurse, you will benefit from strong professional supports, including:
* A collaborative team of Respiratory Liaison Nurses with specialised experience in cystic fibrosis and respiratory failure.
* Guidance and mentorship from a designated Clinical Nurse Educator on the ward.
* Access to expert knowledge via a Nurse Practitioner in non-invasive ventilation and cystic fibrosis.
* Ongoing collaboration with a Clinical Nurse Consultant in respiratory.
