Job Title: Parts Interpreter
A key role exists for a motivated and enthusiastic parts interpreter to join our team at our Warwick Farm Dealership.

About the Role:
The successful applicant will have a positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn, liaising with customers to assist with Spare Parts and Accessories enquiries. They will use Manufacturer EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) to determine required parts and work as part of a team to provide & maintain a high level standard of customer service.
Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with customers to assist with Spare Parts and Accessories enquiries.
2. Use of Manufacturer EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) to determine required parts.
3. Respond to phone and email enquiries from dealerships, ensuring part requirements are accurately identified and fulfilled.
4. Processing of Customer orders and/or quotes through the DMS system (ERA).
5. Assist with stock checking and order processing.
Requirements:
* Experience with parts or the automotive industry preferred, or an eagerness to learn.
* Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Good computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook.
* Ability to work well under pressure.
* Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
* Strong problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
