About the Role
We're looking for energetic Chef de Partie to join our buzzing kitchens. You'll take ownership of your station, help drive service across our bistro, restaurant, café, and functions, and sharpen your skills across multiple cuisines and techniques.
With a fully renovated functions kitchen, upgraded bistro equipment, and a stunning waterfront setting, you'll have the tools and environment to create your best work.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute your own kitchen station to the highest standard
Prepare dishes with consistency, skill, and flair across multiple services
Support the team during busy periods and maintain a smooth workflow
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace at all times
About You
2–3 years' experience in high-volume kitchens or relevant qualifications
Skilled across larder, pans, grill, fryer (pizza, pasta, or breakfast a plus)
Calm under pressure, proactive, and solution-focused
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
