Duties
* Manage and develop strategic relationships with key accounts in WA, ensuring exceptional service and identifying new revenue opportunities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligning with the company's objectives
* Develop and execute effective call plans to maximize field presence
* Provide regular customer performance reporting and analysis to senior management
* Ensure accurate and timely CRM management and reporting
* Undertake regular multi-night/overnight travel within your assigned territory
* Develop a thorough understanding of client needs and requirements
* Attend industry and trade events to promote solutions and build brand visibility
Skills and Qualifications
* Sound experience/knowledge of the Agricultural industry
* Strong B2B sales skills, building and fostering long-term relationships
* Highly driven, consistently meeting/exceeding targets
* Plan and manage appointments/schedules effectively
* Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
* Strong commercial acumen and accountability, analyzing data and making decisions
* Sound computer skills including MS Office and CRM systems
* Current driver's license
* Available to travel extensively throughout the Territory
