We have an opportunity available where you will be working within a busy office environment This role is available for an immediate start
All you need is the right attitude, outstanding customer service and communication skills plus the ability to pick up internal computer systems. Full training will be provided
Duties include but are not limited to:
* Take incoming calls and liaise with customers in relation to their requirements
* Maintain database and use of various computer packages (must be computer literate and able to pick up systems)
* Document preparation (use of templates)
* Basic email correspondence
* Liaise with various internal and external contacts
* Ad hoc administrative tasks
The ideal candidate will have solid customer service experience in a fast paced and busy environment and have the following attributes:
* You have energy, drive and are love to help customers
* Proven solid experience in Customer Service requiring excellent organisational and time management skills
* Thrive in an extremely fast-paced environment
* Confident communication skills and the ability to deal with customers over the phone or via email
* 40wpm typing and intermediate skills in MSOffice plus use of databases
* Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm
* Available for an immediate start
