About the Role
 * Provide operational direction for efficient management of the unit
 * Coordinate evidence-based nursing care delivery
 * Ensure patient-centred care in a team-focused environment
 * Offer guidance, mentoring, and support to team members
 * Accountable for effective human, financial, and material resource management
 * Undertake direct patient care as required
Requirements
 * Current AHPRA registration
 * Previous experience working in a cardiac cath lab setting
 * Post Graduate qualification in perioperative nursing desirable
 * Ability to foster positive working relationships with diverse stakeholders
 * Demonstrated labour management skills
 * Understanding of private health funding requirements
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 * Commitment to high clinical and customer-focused care standards
 * High computer literacy including MS office and various databases
 * Ability to work cohesively within a team environment
