Location: Gosford, Central Coast, NSW
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Key Responsibilities**
* Lead and supervise on-site construction contractors
* Coordinate daily site activities and ensure project timelines are met
* Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site managers
* Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with WHS regulations
* Assist with hands-on tasks and problem-solving as needed
Requirements**
* Proven experience as a Leading Hand or similar role
* Strong understanding of construction processes and safety protocols
* Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* White Card and relevant trade qualifications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $998.00 – $1,901.23 per week
