Overview
Petstock Vet - Craigieburn is seeking an experienced veterinarian with 3+ years of industry experience to lead our team of passionate professionals in a purpose‐built clinic that is co‐located with Petstock retail. The role is full‐time, with part‐time discussion possible for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
* Confident in all aspects of general practice and hands‐on, working on‐floor alongside the team.
* Comfortable mentoring and sharing knowledge with veterinary nurses and staff.
* Promote excellent clinical skills and maintain a high standard of patient and client care.
* Build relationships with clients and deliver high customer service standards.
* Maintain the clinic's financials with the Practice Manager and support veterinary operations.
* Provide support, positivity and encouragement to the team.
* Support collaborative culture through regular lunch & learns, team meetings, debriefs and social outings.
Qualifications
* Veterinary Science degree from an accredited university.
* Registered with the relevant state Veterinary Board.
* Minimum 3 years of industry experience in a general practice setting.
* Experience in mentoring and leadership is desirable.
