We are seeking and experienced Facilities Coordinator at the BPC! The role is responsible for providing support and coordination assistance to the Team Leader, Facilities, in maintaining BPC's buildings, vehicles, plant, equipment, and Facilities Management systems and procedures. This includes participating in a project team to fit out additional office space and ensuring a smooth occupation of the expansion. What we are looking for: * Experience in building facility functions, including coordination and supervision of contractors, general cleaning, and plant and equipment maintenance. * Sound understanding in supervising and overseeing fleet management functions will be highly regarded * Organisational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. * Interpersonal skills ability to communicate clearly, establish and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders.
