South Coast Region, Program Delivery and Operations, is seeking a Principal Human Resources Advisor to lead a team of HR professionals in delivering strategic and operational human resource services across the region. In this role, you will provide expert advice to the Regional Leadership Team, manage complex employee relations matters, and lead workforce planning, capability development & organisational initiatives. You will ensure strong governance practices, deliver high-quality HR services, and build effective stakeholder relationships to support regional priorities and future workforce capability. Key Responsibilities
* Leading and managing a regionally dispersed HR team to deliver consistent and effective HR services.
* Providing expert advice to senior stakeholders on workforce planning and organisational development initiatives.
* Managing complex and sensitive employee relations matters, ensuring appropriate and timely resolution.
* Driving the development and implementation of workforce strategies, programs and capability initiatives.
* Ensuring strong governance practices across HR functions, including recruitment, establishment management and case management.
* Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support positive workforce outcomes.
