About The Roles
* Case managing a diverse range of clients and assisting them in achieving employment
* Assisting in program planning, delivery, assessment, and review
* Actively sourcing employment opportunities by building and maintaining relationships with local employers, services, and stakeholders
* Supporting clients through work trials, experiences, and paid employment pathways
* Ensuring accurate reporting and contributing to the continuous improvement of CBS Inc. services
* Collecting and submitting documentary evidence related to clients' employment
* Supporting clients to maintain their employment through post-placement and ongoing support
* Meeting and exceeding KPI and placement targets aligned with IEA
* Upholding CBS Inc.'s values and culture
Position Requirements
* Current Australian Driver's Licence - P2 minimum (essential)
* Willingness to travel with clients if needed
* Relevant NDIS / DHS checks and clearances in accordance with the role requirements (or willingness to obtain)
