to help us ship consistent, high-quality short-form content — with
real autonomy

This is a
part-time, 3-month contract
role with the
potential to convert to full-time
and evolve into
leading our social media + strategy
.
What you'll do
* Edit
short-form vertical video
(Reels/TikTok/Shorts) from raw footage into high-performing content
* Create strong hooks, pacing, captions/subtitles, cutdowns, and simple motion graphics where needed
* Turn content themes into repeatable formats/series
* Collaborate async and move fast: you'll be trusted to own the edit end-to-end
You're a great fit if you have
* Proven experience
editing short-form social content (fashion/beauty/lifestyle a plus)
* A portfolio that shows
taste + performance thinking
(hooks, retention, clarity)
* Strong instincts for storytelling, timing, and brand-aligned editing
* High autonomy: you can take direction once and execute without hand-holding
* You're
not an agency
(we're hiring an individual contractor)
