Front Office Supervisor Position

Main Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily front office operations to guarantee seamless arrivals, departures, and guest inquiries are efficiently managed.
* Lead by example in delivering outstanding guest service, promoting our company's core values.
* Train, coach, and empower Front Office team members to reach their full potential.
* Maintain compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and industry standards.
* Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly and professionally.
* Promote financial performance by adhering to cash handling and accounting practices.
* Foster a safe and healthy work environment, supporting our Workplace Health & Safety and environmental initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 1-2 years' experience in Front Office operations, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
* Hospitality qualifications and strong computer/system skills (system knowledge desirable).
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
* Able to work a flexible 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
