About the role:
Love bikes? Blacklocks Motorcycles has a unique opportunity for a workshop manager to oversee and grow our busy multi franchise motorcycle service department. Be the friendly face our riders trust when it comes to their bikes.
Key responsibilities:
* Booking in motorcycle servicing, repairs and warranty work
* Communicating clearly with customers about work required, costs and timeframes
* Coordinating with technicians to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and accurately
* Managing repair orders, invoicing and service documentation
* Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships
About you:
* You live and breathe motorcycles
* You have strong customer service skills and are a great communicator
* You're good with computers
* You've got excellent attention to detail and are able to multitask in a fast paced environment
