**Job Description**:
**About the role**:
We are looking for a talented Customer Service Representative to join our busy inbound call centre. As the voice of KinCare, you will be responsible for ensuring each customer's experience is of the highest quality. You will be required to direct calls and assist with a range of queries, which could include confirming services for existing customers, providing new customers with information on our services, or assisting our frontline care workers with their schedules.
What else you can expect:
- The choice of two roster options:
**1. Monday - Friday**: 10am - 2:15pm (plus your flexibility to work overtime and weekends on occasion)
OR
**2. Rotating roster (3 days per week) including**:
- **Mondays, Tuesdays** (6am - 12pm, 7am - 1pm, 8am - 2pm) and **Saturdays** (11:30am - 4pm or 2:30pm - 8pm)
- _Must be available for all shift options above. Rosters provided 4 weeks in advance._

**About you**:
You will be empathetic, with exceptional communication and customer service skills. You will thrive in a fast-paced team environment, and be able to remain calm under pressure.
Experience working in a call centre is advantageous, but not essential if you are a quick and eager learner. Solid computer skills are essential, and experience with CRM systems are ideal.
Additionally, you will have strong time-management and organisational skills, and outstanding attention to detail.
