Analyst - Property Finance

An established and high-performing property finance brokerage is seeking a driven Analyst to support a sophisticated portfolio of property development and investment clients. This is a great opportunity to work on complex transactions across senior and mezzanine debt, construction finance, and capital structuring.
About the Role
Working closely with Directors and Associate Directors, you will play a critical role in structuring, analysing, and executing property finance transactions ranging in size. The position operates in a fast-paced, client-focused environment where responsiveness, accuracy, and commercial judgement are essential.
You will be involved across the full transaction lifecycle - from feasibility modelling and credit submission through to lender negotiation, approval management, and settlement.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare detailed financial models, project feasibilities, and funding strategies
* Draft credit submissions, investment memorandums, and client finance proposals
* Structure and manage multiple lending applications concurrently
* Liaise with major banks, non-bank lenders, valuers, QS, and legal advisors
* Manage conditions precedent through to financial close
* Support capital raising activities and investor presentations
* Maintain accurate deal pipeline and client records
* Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new lenders
* Assist with loan extensions, refinances, and portfolio management
About You
You are a commercially minded finance professional with a strong interest in property and structured lending. You thrive in a deadline-driven environment and take pride in delivering high-quality analysis and exceptional client service.
Key requirements:
* Proven experience in property finance, credit analysis, or banking
* Strong financial modelling and cash-flow analysis capability
* Understanding of complex lending structures and security positions
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders
* High attention to detail with a solutions-focused mindset
* Tertiary qualification in finance, accounting, economics, or related discipline (preferred)
