Pay: $39.93 Competitive casual hourly rates + penalties where applicable
Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking reliable and physically fit Brick Stackers for casual labour hire opportunities with Brickworks in Bowral.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work, thrives in an industrial environment, and is looking for ongoing casual employment with the potential for regular hours.
Duties include:
* Stacking and packing bricks to specification
* Manual handling and repetitive lifting
* Sorting, checking and preparing product for dispatch
* Maintaining a clean and safe work area
* Assisting with general labouring and production tasks
* Working as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
* Following workplace health and safety procedures at all times
To be successful you will have:
* Previous labouring, manufacturing or production experience (desirable but not essential)
* Good physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive manual tasks
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Ability to work in dusty, hot or industrial conditions
* Commitment to safety and following directions
* Own transport and ability to travel to Bowral
* Forklift ticket highly regarded but not essential
