We are seeking a seasoned Residential Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 120 properties. This role entails comprehensive tenancy management, collaboration with a supportive team including Property Management Assistants and a Leasing Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Conduct regular property inspections with detailed reporting and follow-up actions.
 * Nurture strong relationships with tenants through proactive communication and issue resolution.
 * Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and contractor access in accordance with regulatory standards.
 * Manage rent reviews, lease renewals, and tenancy disputes while ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
 * Monitor arrears and implement appropriate collection strategies.
 * Collaborate with internal support staff to manage administrative and compliance processes efficiently.

Ideal Candidate:
 * Minimum 2 years of experience in Residential Property Management.
 * Certificate of Registration required.
 * Familiarity with property management software systems.
 * A proactive and client-focused approach with a willingness to learn and grow.
 * Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
 * Mid-level PM or Assistant PM looking to take on new challenges.
 * Familiarity with QCAT processes is advantageous but not essential.
