About the Role
Harvest Hospitality is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at the Brady's Railway Hotel, Albury. This is a leadership position for a culinary professional with strong technical skills, creative vision, and the ability to manage a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
As Head Chef, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, compliance with food safety standards, and efficient workflow. You will play a key role in maintaining the venue's reputation for simplicity, great service, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.

Scope of Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor the kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
* Develop and execute seasonal menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
