About The Role
As a Home Care Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in empowering customers to live independently at home and in the community. You will be the go-to support for both customers and our incredible team of Home Care Workers and Support Workers, ensuring high-quality, compassionate, and compliant service delivery.
You'll bring your frontline experience to lead, mentor, and support staff while actively delivering care services in the field. This hybrid position combines leadership, training, and direct care – perfect for someone who loves variety, people, and making a real impact.
The Home Care Team Leader will collaborate closely with managers, coordinators, rostering and support teams, workforce development, recruitment and HR, as well as customers, their families, and external providers to ensure safe, high-quality, and person-centred service delivery.

What LiveBetter Needs From You
* Proven experience and high levels of work quality as a Home Care Worker, Support Worker or similar.
* Ability to lead, mentor and train Home Care Workers in the field.
* High-level of computer literacy and ability to manage multiple systems.
* A caring and compassionate approach with the ability to communicate effectively.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently and working alongside Community Care Coordinator and Program Coordinator to raise the standards of our care delivered in the community.
* Experience in the use of technology such as smart phones and computer programs.
* Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent.
* Current First Aid and CPR Certificates.
* Current unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and willingness to undertake travel in accordance with responsibilities of the role.
* Availability of a fully registered and comprehensively insured vehicle.
You will also be required to undertake and pass a National Criminal Check, pre-employment wellness check (including drug and alcohol screening) and obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
