Logistics Delivery Specialist
This role requires a professional with exceptional organisational skills, able to manage multiple deliveries efficiently and effectively. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering goods to customers, assisting with stock management, and ensuring optimal efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver goods according to routes directed by the supervisor.
* Assist with picking, checking, and loading of products.
* Unload goods at customers' premises, ensuring they match invoice details.
* Collect products for return according to the goods returns policy.
* Ensure deliveries are completed within agreed timeframes, communicating delays to customers promptly.
* Perform check of consignment stock at customers' premises as requested by the Warehouse Despatch Supervisor.
* Complete delivery run sheets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Ability to organise, manage deadlines, work in a team, and understand customer needs and delivery locations.
* Must hold a MR drivers license.
* Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.
* Repetitive heavy lifting is an inherent requirement of the role.
* This position may require the driver to load, move, and unload between 50-100 tyres per day.
* Provide feedback in meetings and support actions and outcomes as they arise.
