Over the past year, we've expanded into apparel, creating a growing category that compliments our swimwear range. We are seeking an experienced and detail driven Garment Technician to join our team who will play a key role in shaping the technical execution of our apparel and accessories range. You'll ensure each garment meets our high standards of fit, quality, and construction while enabling the design team to focus on creativity and innovation

What you will be doing
* Develop, manage, and refine tech packs, including garment measurements, materials, construction methods, stitching techniques, and care instructions.
* Translate designers' concepts into detailed technical sketches/flat drawings to support factory execution.
* Maintain accurate specifications and measurement charts across all sizes and markets.
* Conduct and lead fit sessions with designers and models, evaluating garments for proportion, movement, and comfort across different body types.
* Update tech packs with clear and precise construction comments.
* Monitor and maintain size consistency through grading and size charts.
* Review proto, SMS, PPS, and shipment samples for fit, fabric, finishing, and construction.
* Carry out fabric and material testing (durability, shrinkage, colourfastness, etc.) to ensure quality standards are met.
* Support returns and QC assessments, identifying root causes and solutions.
* Communicate technical requirements and fit comments clearly to offshore suppliers.
* Troubleshoot production challenges (fabric, sewing, finishing issues) and provide solutions to keep timelines on track.
* Ensure adherence to the critical path, managing lead times and production milestones.
* Refine garment construction, patterns, and finishing techniques for efficiency and quality.
Who We're Looking For
* 4+ years' experience as a Garment Technician (apparel essential; lingerie, underwear, or swimwear highly regarded).
* Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, trims, and finishing techniques.
* Advanced skills in grading across size ranges and pattern accuracy.
* Experience sourcing fabrics and trims, with an understanding of material performance.
* Proficiency in creating and managing tech packs, technical drawings, and specifications.
* Familiarity with fabric testing, QA processes, and production standards.
* Clear and confident communicator, able to work closely with designers, product developers, and offshore manufacturers.
* Strong supplier and stakeholder management skills
