**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced People and Recruitment Officer to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
This role involves managing performance management and compliance paperwork, employee engagement and communications strategy, and ensuring the employee experience is exceptional.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in the Social, Community, Home Care, and Disability Support Industry Award and Fairwork Legislation, as well as excellent communication skills.
