Key Responsibilities
* Process invoices and purchase orders efficiently and accurately
* Prepare financial reports including end-of-month summaries and debtor reports
* Manage payroll responsibilities and maintain confidential records
* Provide reception support such as greeting visitors, assisting with initial recruitment processes, and answering incoming calls
* Perform general office administration duties to support daily operations
About You

* Have experience in administration
* Possess accounting skills (preferably)
* Understand payroll processes and expense management
* Be proficient in computer software, particularly Excel
