We're looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join us on a part-time or casual basis, with the option to negotiate full-time hours for the right person.

The Role
This is a hands-on position across rotating sections, covering both prep and service in a busy but well-run kitchen.
* Work confidently across sections handling prep and service
* Maintain consistent standards in cooking, preparation, and presentation
* Follow food safety, WH&S, stock rotation, and labelling procedures
* Contribute to daily cleaning routines and correct storage practices
* Collaborate with senior chefs and support apprentices where needed
About You
* 2–3 years of experience in a professional kitchen
* Comfortable working at pace without cutting corners
* Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
* You appreciate food that's done well without being overcomplicated
