* Coordinate office operations and ensure seamless day-to-day functioning
* Provide administrative support to the CEO and other senior staff members
* Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and car rentals
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
