Full-Time permanent office based Receptionist opportunity in large, Ballarat owned and operated company

In this position, you will serve as the welcoming face of the business and the primary point of contact for all office and administrative needs. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to start in this role and really make it their own, with the potential to grow into a PA position in the future.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing general reception duties such as receiving visitors, handling phone calls, and managing bookings- Welcoming and interacting with clients- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the entire team- Assisting the wider team with Personal Assistant duties as needed-
- Monitoring and replenishing office supplies and stock- Scheduling internal and external meeting rooms- Other associated duties as required
**What you'll need to succeed**
To excel in this role, you will:
- Be proactive, taking initiative and assuming responsibility for your work.
- Possess prior experience in Administration and/or Reception roles
- Exhibit a friendly, welcoming, and vibrant personality
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively
- Be a team player who is always ready to lend a hand, regardless of the task.
