The Role:
You'll manage the full property marketing process from listing through to settlement, ensuring every campaign runs smoothly and meets brand standards.
Responsibilities include:
• Coordinating property marketing campaigns from start to finish
• Managing campaign assets including photography, floorplans and copy
• Uploading and managing listings across marketing platforms
• Coordinating signboards, brochures and campaign materials
• Booking and managing advertising across multiple channels
• Managing eDM and SMS marketing campaigns
• Supporting agents with campaign marketing requirements
• Liaising with photographers, designers and suppliers
• Maintaining accurate marketing and CRM data
• Producing weekly and monthly campaign reporting
• Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials
• Supporting ongoing marketing process improvements
About You:

You enjoy managing multiple campaigns at once and take pride in delivering marketing that is accurate, professional and on time.
You'll bring:
• Experience in marketing or real estate highly regarded
• Strong organisation and time management skills

• Strong communication skills
• Experience with Canva and Microsoft Office
• CRM or property platform experience advantageous
