A04 Recruitment & Engagement Professional
We are seeking a temporary A04 Recruitment & Engagement Professional to join our team until June 2026 + extension.
This role involves implementing effective recruitment processes and procedures to ensure the smooth and sensitive management of staff recruitment.
The goal is to have a diverse and inclusive workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake all recruitment processes, including processing requests to hire, advertising, shortlisting, and assessing candidates, scheduling, and attending interviews.
* Assist with day-to-day administration of people-related data, including gathering and sourcing information for analysis, completing analysis, and producing reports as requested.
* Develop and administer systems that ensure the integrity and confidentiality of HR information and candidate documentation.
* Assist with onboarding activities and processes related to inducting new starters, including event coordination and maintaining accurate training records.
About You:
* A solid background in recruitment with experience in providing advice on workforce management policies and practices, coordinating recruitment, and analysing workforce data.
* Experience in working in Human Resources, including advising, coaching, and facilitating.
* Great interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with an emphasis on stakeholder engagement, and experience in preparing and reviewing workforce business cases.
