Role Overview
BLACKROC is excited to partner with a large-scale SAP SuccessFactors transformation program to recruit a Junior Test Analyst. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional eager to gain hands-on experience in testing enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the creation and execution of test cases and scripts.
* Execute manual testing under supervision across SAP SuccessFactors modules.
* Log and track defects using Azure DevOps or JIRA.
* Maintain clear testing documentation and execution logs.
* Support business testers during UAT and payroll cycles.
Required Skills
* Basic knowledge of the software testing lifecycle (STLC).
* Familiarity with testing tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, HP ALM).
* Awareness of HR systems and processes (desirable).
* Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
