We are seeking an experienced and creative Bar Manager to lead the bar program and opening team. This is a unique prospect to design and deliver a world‐class bar experience from the ground up — shaping cocktail menus, training the team, and establishing service standards that reflect Flaminia's elevated yet welcoming personality.

Key Responsibilities & Required Experience
* Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Senior Bartender in a premium or luxury venue
* Relevant Diploma in Hospitality Management / Hospitality, or 3 years of relevant experience.
* Robust leadership skills with the ability to train, inspire, and mentor a team
* Expertise in mixology, wine, and beverage trends — with a flair for Italian‐inspired cocktails
* A guest‐focused approach and commitment to delivering exceptional experiences
