* Position: Clinical Care Coordinator
* Role: Full time permanent (76 hours per fortnight)
* Setting: Not for Profit Aged care in Central Coast
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide full clinical supervision of the aged care facility, ensuring high-quality care delivery and adherence to best practices
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including care plans, assessments, and incident reports, in compliance with regulatory requirements
* Conduct training programs, offer ongoing guidance, and mentor care staff to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge
* Collaborate closely with the Facility Manager and leadership team to ensure consistent adherence to Aged Care Quality Standards and organizational policies
* Implement and monitor safe work practices, ensuring all staff comply with Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements to maintain a safe environment for residents and staff
Key Requirements:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in aged care, with proven clinical leadership.
* Exceptional clinical assessment and planning skills.
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Proficiency in care management systems and technology.
