Key Duties
- Support buyers by understanding their needs, preferences, and budgets to match them with the perfect property.
- Stay informed on the Southern Gold Coast real estate market, including off-market opportunities.
- Organise and lead property viewings, providing expert advice during inspections.
- Conduct market research and comparative market analyses (CMAs) to help guide pricing, offers, and negotiations.
- Assist with the whole buyer journey up to the settlement process.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service after the purchase.
To be successful for this role you will need
- Real estate sales experience preferred 12-18 months min
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of attention to detail
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment.
- Valid real estate license & drivers license with own car required.
