About The ABK Joint Venture
ABK JV is a strategic joint venture partnership between Abergeldie, BMD and KBR and is one of two industry partners delivering major infrastructure upgrades under South East Waters Integrated Planning and Delivery model for the next ten (10) years. This program will ensure quality and reliable water, sewerage, and recycled water services across the East and Southeast.
About The Opportunity
We're looking for a skilled Senior Supervisor with strong experience in water infrastructure to join our team based in the Southeastern Suburbs. Key responsibilities include:
* Supervising and coordinating on-site construction activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, to specification and in line with program.
* Leading and managing site teams and subcontractors to ensure effective use of resources, productivity and quality.
* Ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality and environmental standards on-site.
* Tracking project progress, reporting on milestones and proactively identifying and mitigating risks and delays.
* Maintaining accurate site records, including daily reports, timesheets and materials usage.
* Fostering a culture of safety, compliance and continuous improvement across all site operations.
What You'll Bring To The Team
* Demonstrated civil construction supervision experience across water and related infrastructure projects. (Essential)
* Experience delivering works across heavy earthworks, foundations, shaft construction, concrete structures, underground pipework, and mechanical equipment installation. (Essential)
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate site teams effectively.
* In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials and industry standards.
* A genuine commitment to driving safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Flexible to travel across project sites located in the central, eastern and southeast suburbs.
* A current driver's license.
