The role
An experienced Project Manager is required to coordinate the delivery and reporting of capital works projects and maintenance programs within a complex, high-value infrastructure environment. This role will see you working across a portfolio of assets, ensuring projects are delivered in line with government frameworks, financial standards and operational requirements. You'll provide expert advice, manage stakeholder engagement, and ensure strong governance and reporting across all phases of delivery. This is a hands‐on role suited to a Project Manager with strong infrastructure, facilities or asset management experience who can confidently operate across both delivery and advisory functions.
What you'll be doing
* Coordinate delivery of capital works projects and maintenance programs
* Monitor project performance, progress and financials, providing regular reporting and insights
* Provide strategic and operational advice on facilities and asset management matters
* Prepare high-quality briefing materials, reports, submissions and correspondence
* Support development and maintenance of asset strategic plans
* Engage internal and external stakeholders to support delivery and cross‐agency outcomes
* Monitor implementation of recommendations and identify opportunities for improvement
* Ensure alignment with relevant frameworks, policies and governance requirements
* Support performance measurement and continuous improvement across asset programs
About you
You're a delivery‐focused Project Manager with experience across capital works, infrastructure or asset‐heavy environments.
You'll bring:
* Proven experience delivering or coordinating capital works or facilities projects
* Strong financial and data analysis capability
* Experience across asset management and infrastructure environments
* Ability to prepare high‐quality reports, briefings and submissions
* Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
* Knowledge of government frameworks, policies and capital works processes (highly regarded)
* Strong analytical, problem‐solving and risk management capability

Casual Loading
