**About your role**:
We are currently hiring for both our Customer Support team and our Service and Warranties admin team
- Processing a range of functions which may include processing orders, attending to warranty issues, contacting riders and stores about products, and performing to KPIs
- Working with our current systems and support to transition to upgraded platforms and process improvements.
- Resolve customer enquiries, tech questions, and sometimes complaints
- Maintain professional and product knowledge by reviewing professional publications along with establishing and maintaining existing industry network
**About you**:
- 1 - 2 years' work experience in an office-based role
- An innate desire to help others
- A strong customer focus and a "can do" attitude
- A team player who goes above and beyond to get the job done
- An organised and well-structured person who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment who can manage time and deadlines
- Have a tech-bent mindset to help with our systems and products
- Intermediate computer literacy
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Weekend availability
- Industry knowledge is a bonus
